Used Vehicle Sales Manager
. Preference will be given to those candidates with proven used sales management and dealership experience, a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on used vehicle sales & marketing, vehicle purchasing and valuations of used inventory, recruiting, training, customer relations and profitability of the used vehicle department. You will be able to create, articulate and deliver on long and short term goals agreed upon with the GM for your department. Additionally our

As Used Vehicle Sales Manager you will:
|
|
|
- Be a great negotiator and have the ability to create and foster a win-win attitude between team members, customers and management.
- Be a leader in many ways, decisive, assertive, and capable of conveying necessary information to other leaders in the dealership and to the dealer personally.
- Be willing to keep the lines of communication open with managers and team members and openly receive different viewpoints and recommendations as part of a decision making process.
- Be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow.

Key Qualifications Include:
|
|
|
- A minimum of ten (10) years automotive experience in the private sector.
- Business degree.
- Vehicle buying and valuation experience.
- Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- A working knowledge of dealership operations and of all departments within the dealership
