Sales Manager Administration
.
Preference will be given to those candidates with proven sales management and dealership experience, and a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on the key administrative and inventory functions within the dealership. And you will be able to create, articulate and deliver on long and short term goals agreed upon with the GSM for your dealership. Additionally, the
Sales Manager Administration
will be involved in areas such as: new and used inventory management, lot display and merchandising, on site promotion and advertising., and involvement in the local community.

As Sales Manager Administration you will:
|
|
|
- Coordinate and plan and discuss new and used inventory management.
- Be involved in all aspects of lot display and merchandising including proper pricing on all units, proper identification, flags and other on site marketing.
- Proper tracking, trading and rotation of both new and used inventories including the identification of old or outdated inventory.
- Be willing to keep the lines of communication open with managers and team members and openly receives different viewpoints and recommendations as part of a decision making process.
- Be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow.

Key Qualifications Include:
|
|
|
- A minimum of ten (2) years automotive experience in the private sector.
- High School Diploma.
- Merchandising Experience.
- Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- A working knowledge of dealership operations and a working knowledge of all departments.
