LOCATION: Humberview Group Toronto
REPORTING TO: President and CFO Humberview Group
 
As a result of a new dealership acquisition, The Humberview Group has a current and immediate need for a New Vehicle Sales Manager . Preference will be given to those candidates with proven sales management and dealership experience, and a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on vehicle sales & marketing, vehicle ordering and inventory management, recruiting, training, customer relations and profitability of the new vehicle department. And you will be able to create, articulate and deliver on long and short term goals agreed upon with the GM for your department. Additionally our New Vehicle Sales Manager will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 
As New Vehicle Sales Manager you will:
 
  • Be a great negotiator and have the ability to create and foster a win-win attitude between team members, customers and management.
  • Be a leader in many ways, decisive, assertive, and capable of conveying necessary information to other leaders in the dealership and to the dealer personally.
  • Be willing to keep the lines of communication open with managers and team members and openly receives different viewpoints and recommendations as part of a decision making process.
  • Be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow.
 
Key Qualifications Include:
 
  • A minimum of ten (10) years automotive experience in the private sector.
  • Business degree.
  • Vehicle ordering and inventory control.
  • Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • A working knowledge of dealership operations and a working knowledge of all departments within a dealership.
