has a current and immediate need for a
Medium and Light Duty Truck Salesperson
. Preference will be given to those candidates with proven sales and dealership experience, and a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on vehicle sales & marketing, customer relations and profitability of the new vehicle department. You will be able to create, articulate and deliver on long and short term goals agreed upon with the GM for your department. Additionally our

As Medium and Light Duty Truck Sales you will:
|
|
|
- Be a great negotiator and have the ability to create and foster a win-win attitude between team members, customers and management.
- Become a student of our business, our products (particularly light and medium trucks) and our company.
- Follow up on all potential customers while communicating and keeping existing customers up to date with new products and special offers.
- Be willing to keep the lines of communication open with managers and team members and openly receive different viewpoints and recommendations as part of a decision making process.
- Be capable of working independently, in or out of the dealership and effectively managing his or her time and work flow.

Key Qualifications Include:
|
|
|
- A minimum of two (2) years automotive experience in the private sector.
- OMVIC Certified.
- Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
