| The Humberview Group, a national business with significant interests in the automotive dealer, vehicle leasing, and real estate sectors is seeking a General Manager for a dealership who will report to our President and CEO.
|
|
|
| Our General Manager position places focus on all facets of dealership management including, Customer relations, Interdepartmental relations, Operations, Leadership, Profit Management and Communication with external sources.
|
|
|
| Specifically, the General Manager is responsible for and held accountable for the successful operation and team building of the dealership including Sales, Finance, Parts and Service. Additionally, the General Manager will be involved in areas such as: employee development and recruiting, business development, marketing, strategic planning, competitive analysis, facilitating meetings, conducting employee evaluations & reviews, risk management, public speaking, and involvement in the local community.

| Qualified candidates will have:

- A Graduate Degree or equivalent.
- A measurable track record of success within the automotive industry is also key.
- Valid Drivers' License.
- Expert knowledge of: Automotive Industry Departmental Management.
- Working exposure to: Policies & Procedures, Warranties, Automotive Technology, Dealership Franchise Associations.
- Computer Skills and ability: Fluent in software and applications, including: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Reynolds & Reynolds
