has a current and immediate need for an
Assistant Parts Manager
. Preference will be given to those candidates with proven parts sales, knowledge and dealership experience, and a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on parts, sales, customer satisfaction and profitability of the parts department. You will be able to create, articulate and deliver on long and short term goals agreed upon with the manager for your department. Additionally our

will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As Assistant Parts Manager you will:
|
|
|
- Determine the nature and extent of dealerships' parts and accessories market and conduct ongoing sales calls and prospecting efforts to maximize sales results.
- Determine and assign team and individual sales goals and prospecting assignments.
- Approves purchase and stock orders.
- Monitor and control forecasting of inventory requirements.
- Supervise maintenance of parts department, facilities and equipment.
- Attend regular department head meetings.
- Review and understand parts price changes, availability and frequency of demand.

Key Qualifications Include:
|
|
|
- A minimum of five (5) years retail automotive experience.
- Parts and Reynolds and Reynolds experience.
- Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- A working knowledge of dealership operations and a working knowledge of all departments within the dealership .
